How can the data be used?

These datasets will hopefully be useful for the wider structural and computational Immunology community, which is why they're being made openly available.

A simple (and preliminary) example of the sort of analysis that can be done was presented as a poster at the 2021 British Society for Immunology Congress.

All the data on the site is made available under a Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0 license. This means you can copy, remix, transform, build and redistribute the material, but you must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
